General Store Policies

• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FIREARMS, AMMUNITION or ELECTRONICS
• ALL USED AND CONSIGNED FIREARMS ARE CHECKED AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT DATABASES TO ENSURE IT IS NOT STOLEN
• RETURNS OR EXCHANGES REQUIRE THE RECEIPT
• NO LOADED FIREARMS IN THE STORE (EXCEPT FOR CONCEALED PERMIT HOLDERS)

Special Orders

If we don’t have the firearm you are looking for in stock we will be happy to special order from our suppliers. The following are required for special orders:

• You have to come into the store and work directly with our staff to ensure that we are ordering the firearm.
• A background check will be done at the time of ordering. The background check is good for 30 days. With most orders arriving within that period an additional check will not be required as pickup.
• In addition to the background check fee, a deposit is required at the time of order. The amount is dependent of the order.
• You must be present to pickup your order.

Firearms Transfers

1. We charge $45.00 per serial number item received.
2. Please insure the dealer shipping your firearm includes your name and address.
3. Please have the dealer put your name on the outside of the box.
4. We require a signed copy of the dealer’s Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms received without an FFL will be held until that copy is in our hands.
5. We do accept firearms for Transfer from Private Individuals for the state initiation fee of $10.00 and $35.00 store processing fee.
6. All transfers require a background check approval for a processing fee of $12.50.
